I'm confused about the points earned from Subscription Orders and Subscription Renewals

You get 250 points upon subscribing to an item - your sign-up purchase is also your first subscription order. Please note that you can subscribe to more than one item. 

Any subscription orders after this first one are called Subscription Renewals.

The point-earning process is as follows:

• Sign up for subscription: 250 points
• 1st renewal: Done
• 2nd renewal: Done
• 3rd renewal: Done and you get 300 points immediately.
