"I can't log into my account - what should I do now?"
Your account needs a quick reset to be activated in our new system. Please follow these instructions:
• Go to this link
• Enter the email address and other information of your current membership account
• Select "Register"
• A verification email will be sent to you. Check your inbox/spam folder to complete the final step.
• All settings are good to go now! You can log in and continue with your account.
"What happens during this upgrade?"
Our new system retains all your benefits with previous loyalty points and recurring order discounts if available. Just a little inconvenience: some features may experience interruptions during this transition, which is why you may not get access to rewards points, see all your purchase history, change subscription settings, or shop for some bundles. This is temporary and should be all resolved very soon in October 2023 once all the updates are complete.
"What about getting rewards points in the meantime?"
Please rest assured that all the points you earn from spending while NuBest Rewards page is under maintenance are kept in records. The points will show up in your account balance soon after NuBest Rewards is relaunched. We'll keep you updated as soon as the Rewards portal is ready again. Your patience and understanding on this matter is sincerely appreciated.
"How can I change my payment method or adjust the next auto-recurring order?"
• Please follow the account reset steps as advised above
• Once your account is reactivated, log in at the Subscribe & Save portal and manage subscription settings.
