Why do I have to take NuBest Tall (5+) 30 minutes before meals, while NuBest Tall 10+ after meals?

• NuBest Tall is recommended to be taken about 30 minutes before meals. If you cannot take NuBest Tall 30 minutes before meals, you can take it over one hour after meals.*

• NuBest Tall 10+ should be taken right after meals so that vitamin K2 in the product can be well absorbed.*
