First of all, you need to make sure that the delivery information you submitted in your order is all correct. Please check our order confirmation email for details.
Based on updates from the carrier at your tracking number, you should check within your address carefully, including mailboxes, reception/ mailroom of your building, and any person that may have possibly taken your item (i.e. neighbors, housemates).
If you have rechecked everything carefully and still cannot find your item, we highly recommend you contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to be supported quickly and accurately.
