Within 24 hours since you complete the payment, you can send an email to support@nubest.com to change the shipping information of your order. We will update your order as per your request.
Please note that your request is valid only before the item is handed over to the shipping agency. Once the carrier takes possession of a package, NuBest will no longer be able to modify order information.
Customers are completely responsible for the shipping address they have provided. When you submit an incorrect address and your order is delivered successfully at the address provided, we can only resend the package to you after it has been returned to the sender.
